Since its inception, Tuninvest Finance Group benefited from the partnership with SIPAREX, the French Pioneer in Private Equity. This relationship helped training our team which includes today 18 professionals based in Tunis, Algiers, and Casablanca.

Tuninvest Finance Group (T.F.G.) is also present in sub-Saharan Africa, in partnership with CAURIS in West Africa, Fidelity in Ghana, CENAINVEST in Central Africa, and IBTC in Nigeria through its subsidiary Africinvest Capital Partners (A.C.P) established in association with the Dutch Development Agency (FMO).

We are active in all the aspects of private equity investments: Venture Capital, transmissions, Buy outs, and performed the first LBO in our area.

From day one, we adopted the highest standards of governance in order to deserve the confidence of our investors and investee companies.

Without interference with the day to day business, we provide our portfolio companies, mostly SMEs, with continuous support at all levels: strategic guidance, exploring new markets, recruiting highly skilled executives, strengthening corporate governance and improving reporting systems. Several of our investee companies have become leaders of their sectors.

To the investors that entrusted us with their funds, we provided respectable returns, which convinced most of them to reinvest in our operations.

At the end of 2007, we signed a partnership agreement with the Abu Dhabi Investment Company (subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority) to advise them in major projects in the North African region.
